The Me, Mom and Dad sprint-distance triathlon is a fun race, perfect for
experienced triathletes and first timers, with the proceeds going towards
Treehouse, King County’s largest foster care charity. This sprint-distance event
takes place along the beautiful shores of South Lake Sammamish. Swim in the blue
water, bike along the shore, and enjoy the beautiful, flat terrain within the State Park
for the cross-country style run. All Team Combinations Welcome!!! This event
is designed to promote family, connectedness, and well being!
